Class notes, Week 8
1. Review of final project requirements (click here for description).
2. Focus in class is on completing the following:
- Logo: 4 thumbnails, 2 roughs, 1 comp using Photoshop/Illustrator
- Print Ads; 4 thumbnails, 2 roughs, 1 comp using Photoshop/Illustrator
- Radio Ad; 2 concepts, 1 script (page 249)
- TV Ad; 2 concepts, 1 storyboard with script (page 252)
- Outdoor Ad; 2 concepts, 1 billboard or bus ad
- Internet website; 2 concepts, 1mockup using Photoshop
4. You will produce a final version of either your radio or TV ad.
5. The balance of the class will be devoted to working on your projects.
Logos:
A logo is a graphical representation of everything your product and company stands for. Your final project must include thumbs, roughs, and a comp of a a logo for your company.
